Attached is the 2021 Agenda and draft 2020 AGM minutes for your review.
Please take the time to read these before you attend. Feel free to print a copy and bring them to the meeting. Anyone may attend and only current financial members may vote.
Please note: Any member wanting to bring any business to the AGM must give notice to the secretary by 5pm on Friday 31st December 2020. That notice should include either a complete draft of any remit to be presented or full details of other matters. Items should be sent to secretary@nzlca.org.nz
There is a call for nomination for a new Board member in 2021. Nomination forms can be found on our website in the members only area. Please get in touch if you’d like more information.
We would also like to call for expressions of interest by any member who would be interested in being mentored by our current Conference Convener into learning the role. Expressions of interest can be emailed to secretary@nzlca.org.nz. We look forward to meeting you at the AGM.
